Some villains and potential villains.

Still loving Hero Forge. In fact, I got a Pro account, at least for the short term, and took images from a computer that could handle the 3D modeling and look at lot better.

I like the idea that this ally of the PCs looks beautiful, but that it's an illusion of some sorts, and the bottom version is what she REALLY looks like. This doesn't mean that her intentions are always hostile, but rather that she's an untrustworthy ally for them that they have to keep an eye on.

Two versions of liches, which I'd probably use in different campaigns.

Two versions of stealthy assassins, one a Chersky mafia shadow sword, and the other a goblin terrorist.

Three versions of "dashing" swordfighter villains, just so we can have some grounded villains too, all either Hillmen or Timischer.

A number of savage villains; a drylander barbarian, a skraeling warrior, a thurse champion, a werewolf, a wose slaver, and a yeti or gnoph-keh king (probably represented by ettin stats.)

Purveyors of witchcraft; a kemling, a Nizrekh cult leader, a skraeling shaman, a Tarushan witch, and a hag of uncertain provenance.

I forgot the orc pirate! Although he may be an ally or an antagonist, depending on the situation, although he's not a "good guy" by ay means.
